Ring in the new year

The New Year’s Eve celebration kicks off at 8 p.m. Tuesday, followed by two live performances at Allegany Museum starting at 9 p.m. At midnight, once the ball has dropped, fireworks will launch from the Baltimore Street bridge over Will’s Creek. The display will last several minutes to ring in 2014.
